Choose the objective, question count, duration, capacity, and participant instructions.
Prepare your question bank
Import the JSON bank, resolve validation issues, and check the topics, difficulty, and scoring.
Make participation clear
Decide whether a selfie is needed, review consent wording, and explain the join and submission steps.
Rehearse the journey
Run a small trial from QR entry through review and publication before inviting the full group.
02 / ORGANIZER CHECKLIST
From live event to reveal.
Welcome the room
Open admissions and display the event QR. Check that participants can register and read their instructions.
Keep an eye on progress
Follow session activity and use announcements for timely event guidance.
Finish the review
Close submissions and review any responses requiring human attention. Record reasons for score changes.
Publish deliberately
Confirm the reveal when required reviews are complete. Export results after publication.
03 / PARTICIPANT GUIDE
Make your attempt count.
Join in your browser
Scan the event QR, explicitly join, complete registration, and read the instructions.
Watch your time
The assessment uses a server deadline. Refreshing will not add time.
Check the save status
A local draft and a server-acknowledged answer are different. Check the visible status before submitting.
Wait for the reveal
After submission, the organizer controls publication. Your own result appears when released.
FREQUENTLY ASKED
Good questions. Clear answers.
Does everyone need a different QR code?+
You can display one shared event QR for the room. Each person joins an individual session, within the event’s capacity and admission window. Single-use invitation links are also supported.
Do participants need to install an app?+
No. Participants join through their browser, register, read the instructions, and start their assessment. Camera access is only part of the journey when the organizer requires a selfie.
When can participants see their scores?+
After they submit, participants see “Awaiting results.” An authorized organizer closes submissions, completes required reviews, and confirms publication. Each participant can then see their own released result.
What happens if the page is refreshed?+
The participant session can recover and local answer drafts are retained. The server deadline does not reset. A draft saved on a device is only accepted once the server acknowledges it; late submissions are still subject to the event deadline.
Can AI help with grading?+
There is an optional OpenRouter-assisted essay grading workflow. It uses a rubric to produce advisory feedback for human review. Live-provider validation is still pending; discuss requirements before relying on it for an event.
How many people can join?+
Organizers configure event capacity. Supported production concurrency must be validated for the intended workload; the project’s 50,000-participant target is not a measured capacity claim.
