SECURITY & PRIVACY

Confidence comes
from clear boundaries.

Understand who can act, what participants can see, and when results become available.

A CLEAR SEPARATION OF RESPONSIBILITY

Organizers control the event.
Participants own their attempt.

Roles govern organizer actions. Participant sessions are scoped to an event and a person. Publishing is an explicit decision, not a side effect of submitting.

Controlled admission

Shared event QR codes enforce capacity and admission state. Single-use invitations can be redeemed once. Opening a link alone does not admit a participant.

Role-based actions

Organizers manage events and publish results. Invigilators and reviewers have narrower permissions for monitoring and review.

Private results

Participants cannot retrieve their own scores until publication. Leaderboard visibility is an organizer setting.

Server-led timing

Attempt and question deadlines are checked on the server. Local device time cannot extend an assessment.

Review history

Score overrides include a reason and a recorded decision. Result publication records who released the results and when.

Thoughtful data choices

Registration includes consent. Selfies are configurable, camera-captured, and not treated as proof of liveness.

Evaluate the fit
before your rollout.

Ask about your organization’s access model, retention expectations, event workload, and coding requirements. These details belong in the rollout conversation.
